Jen Klein
Jen grew up overseas and played competitive team sports in Dubai as well as NCAA Division III collegiate soccer in the US. She is a licensed skydiver and obtained her black belt in kickboxing while pursuing her law degree and working as a lawyer in London, UK.
Jen’s passion for fitness as a lifestyle drove her to become a certified personal trainer with NASM in 2008, where she trained clients in both Singapore and Dubai. She is also a certified kettlebell coach and loves to incorporate dynamic kettlebell movements into her coaching practices.
Jen earned the title of “Tiny Danger” by her kids after completing an intense 21 day NFPA 1001 fire academy bootcamp and passing the POPAT for policing. You’ll find her training aspiring first responders and those already in service as occupational athletes.
Jen is passionate about holistic transformation and is also an “inner wisdom” coach. Jen’s mission is to support others in strengthening their mind/body connection and she is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Jen is also a provincially appointed board member of Central Saanich Police Services and is grateful to support the Central Saanich and surrounding communities in the many hats she wears.
