Jan Frampton
Jan is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. With a diverse background in fitness instruction and athletic endeavors, she brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to our YYJ Fitness team.
As a certified BCRPA fitness instructor, Jan holds specialized certifications in Group Fitness, Weight Training, and Older Adult Fitness; and is currently on the path to complete her BCRPA Personal Trainer certification.
Jan is an avid trail runner with a love of the forest and all things nature, having completed 3 Ultra distance events. She was also a triathlete and NCCP triathlon coach, competing in over 40 events,
spanning distances from sprint to ironman.
By promoting fitness as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, Jan empowers individuals to embrace their potential in a fun, safe and supported environment.
