Group Fitness
Join us for our group fitness classes: a place to sweat and connect with others under the guidance of one of our trained coaches. We offer a number of group fitness classes that focus on resistance training, cardio, and a hybrid of both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Meet new people, sweat, and enjoy the post-workout high as you participate in our group classes. Currently, we are running Strength and Conditioning classes, high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, and much more to come.
